1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and th365 ("th365," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://th365.cam ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game or wagering feature, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

• You are not acting under any legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract under Philippine law.

th365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or whenever it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of gaming and betting services offered by th365, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the th365 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine address, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account profile if any details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. th365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your username and password secure. You must notify th365 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws, th365 is required to verify the identity of all Players. You may be asked to provide government-issued photo identification, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe may result in the temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account.

4. Deposits & Payments

th365 accepts deposits through a range of payment methods available in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the th365 cashier at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method;
• Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider;
• th365 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges;
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited;
• th365 reserves the right to reject any deposit that does not comply with our payment policies or that triggers our AML monitoring systems.

5. Withdrawals

th365 processes withdrawal requests subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds;
• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days;

6. Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonuses are available to eligible, verified Philippine-based players aged 21 or above only;
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are communicated at the time of each offer;
• th365 reserves the right to void any bonus and any associated winnings if it suspects the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or in collaboration with other Players as part of a coordinated bonus abuse scheme;

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on the th365 Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, poker, and fishing games — are governed by the specific rules communicated within each game interface. The following general gameplay conditions apply across all products:

• All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair outcomes;
• The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published and available within the game information panels;
• In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game round, th365's recorded server data will be used to determine the outcome of the interrupted session;
• th365 reserves the right to void any wager placed under erroneous or malfunction conditions, including software errors that display incorrect odds, payouts, or game states;
• Players must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform. Any detected use of such tools will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

8. Sports Betting

th365 offers sports wagering on a wide range of domestic and international events including PBA, NBA, international football, UFC, boxing, and e-sabong markets. The following conditions govern all sports betting activity on the Platform:

• All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager;
• th365 reserves the right to limit, void, or suspend betting markets at any time in response to integrity concerns, event postponements, or data errors;
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or otherwise declared void will be settled according to the specific rules of the relevant sport or market;
• Maximum bet limits apply and may vary by sport, event, and player account. These limits are enforced at th365's discretion;
• Any bet placed by a Player with knowledge of privileged, non-public information about an event will be void and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation;
• Live/in-play betting markets carry the risk of delayed acceptance. th365 will confirm or reject live bets at our discretion and accepts no liability for market movements during processing delays.

9. Responsible Gaming

th365 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices among all players. We operate strictly as a 21+ platform in compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements. The following tools and measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Limit increases take effect after a mandatory 48-hour review period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications to alert you after a specified period of continuous gaming activity;

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the th365 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any other illegal financial purpose;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports event results;
• Using bots, macros, automated scripts, or any other non-human method of interacting with the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or payment fraud in connection with the Platform;
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play (bonus abuse);
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing th365 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content available on the th365 Platform — including but not limited to the th365 brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of th365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any th365 content without our express prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, th365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

th365's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their th365 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

th365 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue the Platform or any feature thereof at any time without liability.

13. Privacy & Data

th365 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

th365 complies with all applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment processors, game providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory authorities as required by law.

14. Suspension & Termination

th365 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2;
• A request from PAGCOR, law enforcement, or any other competent authority.

Upon termination for cause, th365 reserves the right to retain any balance in your account that is linked to prohibited activity, pending the outcome of any investigation. Balances not linked to prohibited activity will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, statutory, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the th365 Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable PAGCOR regulations or Philippine consumer protection laws.

16. Amendments

th365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via the email address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting our support team.
